OO has learned that the Mossel Bay Sheriff served a rent interdict on the local office stores in Toekomsrus this morning.
Oudtshoorn. 19 April 2012. 08h30. The office of the local Sheriff, Mr Reginald Cupido, all but closed down yesterday as deputies and staff were idling about, disallowed from working on legal grounds.
While rumours abound, some of which were confirmed by OO, Mr Bongi Luthuli, Acting Executive Manager of the South African Board of Sheriffs, told OO yesterday afternoon that he will soon release a statement on the circumstances surrounding the Oudtshoorn office.
